What is the Paris Climate Accord?
On December 12 2015, an agreement was made between 125 parties around the world to battle climate change. They agreed to work to keep global temperature below 2 degrees Celsius per industrial level. Every five years a global stocktake is held to track the progress. Developing countries are getting enhanced help. The goal is to strengthen our respond to global warming and to have a low carbon future.
